The balcony was a good size and comfortable, and the place was very clean and generally well equipped, with a coffee maker, iron, wardrobe, extra bed linen, and a security door. Hot water was available from the gas heater. The bed, though, was from Ikea and its boards kept falling out. We had to lift them back into place to lie down again.
A clean place, close to the metro. The host was friendly and kind.
The balcony was comfortable, and the apartment was clean, functional, and well maintained.
If you're a real sweetheart, this place might suit you.
