Our family room was beautiful and had loads of space. The place looks fairly new, and breakfast had a great selection. The young man at reception was very kind and helpful, as were the other staff. It's in a quiet, private area, still not far from the center, and nights weren't loud. I'd happily recommend it and stay again 👌

The receptionist was the highlight for us. She was sweet and suggested some nice restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special. The rooms were clean but small, and very expensive compared with other four-star hotels we've stayed in.

Delicious breakfast, well organized, and close to Venizelou metro station. The staff were so kind and always ready to help with a smile!

The rooms were great and the location was perfect. I parked my car nearby, and the taverns are about a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the places worth seeing on foot, so there's no need for the car.

The front desk service really stood out, especially Michael, who was friendly, helpful, and full of detailed ideas for places to visit and things to do. His local advice made a real difference to my trip. Breakfast was decent and had a good range of choices, and paid parking was convenient since I was driving. Mavili Hotel is centrally located and made it easy to get around Thessaloniki. It felt comfortable and welcoming, and the staff support was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again.
