The quality didn’t come close to matching the price, and this was the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. From the minute we arrived, a strong damp and mold smell made the apartment very uncomfortable. It was poorly cleaned, and the service was a complete catastrophe. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t care about our complaints. They advertise a spa, but there isn’t one included. You have to pay extra if you want to use it. That felt very misleading, like a lie to attract guests. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We paid 145 euros for one night for two adults and two children, with breakfast included. Then the hotel made us pay another 26 euros for two extra breakfasts. How can you book a room for four people with only two breakfasts on the booking? The Google booking prices showing around 65 euros a night for two people are lies. The normal one-night price for the family room with breakfast is as shown in the photo. We paid 145 plus the extra 26. Look at the difference.

Breakfast had a good range of options and the coffee was excellent. The rooms were cozy, spacious, and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s convenient for walks into the city center. The bathroom floor was slippery, and the inside and outside insulation wasn’t enough, so traffic noise comes through from the busy avenue where the building sits, day and night. I’d recommend it for couples or families with teenagers looking for a city boutique hotel.

The location was good, and the toilet was good too. The rooms are small, and they’re in a different building from reception, but they were clean and well organized. Overall, a positive stay because it was clean.
