ZH Luxury Suites

The apartment we found next door was a little bigger, but in the same condition. The one we booked through booking.com didn’t match the description: it was supposed to be a deluxe room with a living room and separate bedroom, but we arrived to find a small studio. It was very dirty and dusty, with layers of dust on the surfaces and a badly mouldy shower. There were even fingernail clippings on the sofa bed. We asked the host for a refund, but they refused and blamed booking.com for the incorrect description. booking.com blamed the host instead. The customer service from both was absolutely terrible.

We couldn’t stay in the apartment and had to spend even more money on somewhere else. The owner of ZH Luxury Suites denied responsibility for the false, misleading listing and refused any refund. Booking.com said accommodation problems were the owner’s responsibility and they couldn’t help. I’ve attached pictures. The room cost £600, and I’d never recommend ZH "luxury" suites or Booking.com to anyone. The place was nothing like the booking.com pictures. They advertised a "Deluxe suite" with a separate bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed, but it was all cramped into one room, and the sofa bed was only a single. There was mold in the bathroom, a filthy rug, a bad smell, and toenail clippings in the sofa bed. A horrible experience.

A really nice place to stay.

We were very happy with the spotless suite and comfortable beds. The apartment was lovely, centrally located, and looked out over Tsimiski.
