Aleka's Rooms

Everything was clean and tidy during our two days there. The only small issue was that the staircase was a bit difficult.

We stayed in room 2, which was comfortable and had all the essentials. It was cleaned daily, and the owners were kind and easy to find whenever we needed help. The room had a window rather than a balcony, but there was a patio just outside with a big square bench and table, so it felt much the same. Everything was close by, and I’d stay here again.

We only stayed one night because money is tight these days, but I’d recommend the place. It was the most affordable option, and the location right at the port was great, with a lovely view of the blue sea around Tinos and the Aegean. The accommodation was very clean and fairly spacious.

For a night, or maybe two at most, it’s fine. Cleanliness and amenities were somewhere between average and good, but there’s a lot of noise nearby and the rooms aren’t especially comfortable, particularly the bathroom. At €50 a night, which seems to be the current rate, I think the price should be reconsidered. It feels like too much for what the place offers.
