Green Dream Tinos

Mature trees give these newly built modern apartments a calm, village-like feel, even though they're in Tinos town. Chora is only a five-minute walk away. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, with modern comfort alongside Cycladic character. We'll be back next year 🙏

We stumbled on this place because it was clearly cheaper than nearby options, and it turned out to be brand new and spotless. The little houses are nicely arranged with space between them, each with its own terrace, and there's plenty of parking. Our room had a Nespresso machine and capsules, plus water in the fridge when we arrived. The receptionist was very sweet. Daily service included folding our clothes and washing the cutlery. The shower pressure was great, and the water may have been the hottest I've ever had in a room. It's close to town but away from the center's bustle, with a supermarket across the street.

The staff were kind and ready to help with anything we needed, and the cleanliness and hospitality were clear throughout. Green Dream is surrounded by greenery, which is unusual so close to the center, and the renovated apartments have a lovely minimal look with comfort and detail in mind. It worked well for us as a peaceful place with shops, restaurants, the beach and port all within walking distance. Couples or families could both enjoy it. We were thrilled with our stay in the heart of Tinos Town and will definitely return.

Thodoris is friendly, helpful, and personally invested in what he's created. The location is quiet and cool, a few hundred meters from the city and under 1.2 km from the center, with easy access to the exits. Parking is especially spacious. We stayed in the Tsavos apartment, part of a new set of self-contained, fully equipped bungalows. The build quality, look and practical layout are excellent, and the units are spaced apart so you can comfortably use the courtyard. Everything feels clean and new, and the sheets, towels, utensils and consumables are all high quality.
