Levantes Luxury Suites I II

The room was roomy and pleasingly designed, and the service and amenities were excellent. Its location was really convenient too. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

The owner was friendly and kind, and I found everything I needed. The rooms are very clean, nicely located, and have an elegant, luxurious interior. I'd recommend it.

I booked Levantes Luxury II because we needed more space while traveling with an elderly person. When we arrived, though, the owner sent us to the first unit, (I), where opening the door left us almost on top of the bed. The room was so small that moving around or even setting down a suitcase was difficult for two people. For the price they ask, that was tragic. When the owner confirmed the mistake, he seemed satisfied with just apologizing. It felt very unpleasant and unprofessional. The property has been fully renovated and is beautiful, and the room was clean. There was a very small courtyard at the back, though, and during summer months a cleaner might need to come out there. The outside of the windows was dusty. If a place is called a suite, it should live up to that in every way. People may have planned their trip for a long time and shouldn't find they got less than they paid for.

The room was very dirty, which was a real shame. The location was very good, but that was the only positive.
