We stayed in the 7 islands suite and loved its decor, especially the mosquito net. There were two balconies and amazing views. The cleaners came every day, and everything was pristine. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast, and having both a beach and pool made it easy to relax. The team running Porto Raphael were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. It’s a perfect base for exploring Tinos. We can’t wait to stay again!

There are lots of very good restaurants nearby, and the hotel has a pleasant pool. It’s a peaceful location with a lovely view, close to a beautiful beach. It’s quite quiet, which might not suit families with children. And watch out for the many mosquitoes.

This is a lovely, unpretentious family hotel above a very pretty little bay. The beach club there has beds and umbrellas and works well for families. The owner called before our arrival to welcome us. When we got delayed on the way from the ferry, he even rang the car hire company to check we’d picked up the car. The service and attention were incredible. I can’t praise it enough and will be back.

The Cyclades suite was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen, balcony and good bedding. Porto Raphael offers excellent value, with great service and good food. The location is great too, with breathtaking views and beaches right outside, better for swimming than sunbathing. There’s plenty of parking, and it’s a short drive to the main town. Go go go!
