We had two rooms and paid €120, but stayed less than 24 hours. I'd booked for my daughter and me after being told we'd get a ride to the beach. Once we arrived, I asked about it and was told there was a taxi service instead. At 11 a.m. we were knocked on and told to leave. We weren't leaving the island until 5:30 p.m., so I asked whether we could keep the room or at least leave our things somewhere. They said there was nothing they could do. The options they gave were to change in their small kitchen and leave when we were done at the beach, or shower at a beach bar. Our luggage stayed all day in Elenis van while it was taken to the port of Tinos. When we got there, we were told to "open the door and get our stuff." When I asked for help, she yelled that it wasn't her job and said her doctor had told her she had two ulcers. This was especially upsetting with a child along. Eleni was very rude and unprofessional after we'd booked and checked in, and she didn't follow through on the promised beach ride. It was a really bad experience.
