Apollon

Dimitri was a terrific host and made us feel at ease. Traveling with our two kids was easy too, since we could walk to everything we needed. The service and facilities were both at a very high standard. We had a wonderful time, and would probably book here again. I definitely recommend it, especially for families. Enjoy.

The beach was the reason we picked Apollon. It's across the street rather than directly in front of the hotel, and the clean sand, warm water, and beachside restaurants were lovely. Sunbeds aren't included, but a set with an umbrella and small table costs 15€. Breakfast was fine, with cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, sausage(s), eggs, pastries, fruit, juice, and coffee, but the same selection came out every day for all six days. It felt a bit odd that nothing changed. The hotel staff were friendly, our room was cleaned daily, and the receptionist was welcoming. They left water only on arrival day, though, and there weren't any coffee cups in the room. We still enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at hotel Apollon without a reservation and were offered two rooms to choose from by the friendly staff. We first came across Tolo while heading to Athens, and loved its relaxed, clean, family feel and the mountain and beach views. Breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was good. The Aperol Spritz by the pool were amazing, with Dimitri playing cool tunes at the bar. Eleni was always smiling and friendly. I run a business myself, so I really noticed the housekeeping team. They were lovely and deserve recognition for their hard work. We'd recommend staying here and would happily return. Keep up the high standard. Cheers, Valerie

The pool area was tidy and well kept, and the bar had something to suit almost any taste. Having parking was a big plus, too. Our room was comfortable and very clean, thanks to the women who looked after it every day. The air conditioning ran continuously and kept the Greek summer heat at bay. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Demetri, the owner, and the whole staff were kind and ready to help whenever needed. And thanks, Demitri, for lending me the crutches. They were a great help.
