Skalidis Appartements

We stayed here while making trips to and from Nafplio, and there seems to be plenty more to do nearby. The rooms were spotless, and the pool was beautiful. There’s a big kitchen and terrace, too, and the value for money is hard to beat. The main hostess was incredibly professional and accommodating. We’ll be back.

We spent 10 days at Skalidis Apartments with my wife and our two kids, aged 21 and 8 months. They can be pretty noisy, but the owners were amazing, polite, hospitable, and always available. The place is quiet and close to Tolo’s main road, so you can walk to whatever you need. Getting there does mean going uphill, though. Think of it as your daily workout and you’ll be fine.

The owners are helpful local people, and the place is clean and tidy with a pool. My only issue was the children shouting, though I suppose that comes with a family run hotel. The three person rooms are basically two person rooms with an extra bed. Still, it’s the best place to stay inside Tolo.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the service is excellent. There are two parking lots with some shade. The outdoor pool closes at noon, which lets people who nap during the day get some rest. You can even order food at reception, just like at home. The downside is the steep hill location, though it’s fairly close to the beach.
