We were there for two nights. The hotel itself was okay, and breakfast was okay too, though nothing special enough to make up for our room. The Delos room felt like a crypt or basement. Its window faced a wall just one metre away, so there was no natural light, and the bathroom ventilation was broken, leaving a constant musty smell. The room was very old and nothing like the website pictures. Our bed was about 1.40 metres wide. Those two nights were awful. In my opinion, they should close that room or use it as an office. It isn't acceptable for someone on holiday. The man at reception had an unfriendly tone and should think about when his sarcasm goes too far. We were paying customers who had booked the hotel, not people being turned away from travelling there. Customers should be able to expect a certain level of friendliness.

The family suite was simply decorated but practical, and we enjoyed its terrace with sunbeds, a table, and chairs. The location is good, very close to the port. But the owner's attitude was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our room was up a hill, and he didn't want to help with the luggage. After we insisted we couldn't carry it upstairs ourselves, he helped a little, but the way he spoke to us was worse. He said it was only a three-star hotel and asked what we expected. There was no one else to help. The rooms were okay, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was beautiful and handy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a huge room with a balcony and all the amenities, though the decor felt a bit old and tired.

The staff were so friendly and ready to help, and we really enjoyed the lovely hotel pool. Our room at Olia was beautiful and clean, with a view. It wasn't far from the beach. Had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend!

Getting here from the port or old town was easy, and public transport was convenient too. We loved our stay. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Our room was small but great, with a soft bed and gorgeous view.
