The pleasant inner courtyard with its pergola was a plus. The room, though, was extremely small despite being clean, and the low price didn't make up for the discomfort. Some rooms have windows that open onto a corridor, so I'd avoid those.

With everything in the city center, I loved the location. Cafes, bars, shops, and a bakery were all an easy walk away, and since it was winter, I didn't need to be near the beach. It's a small, family-owned hotel that I really liked. The elderly owner spoke little English, but we managed to understand each other heart to heart, and it worked out well. Next door, Mojo has great burgers and a lovely, caring atmosphere.

Yota, Voula, and Vasilis are what make this place so lovely. They're genuinely kind and hospitable, and always ready to help or accommodate us. The hotel itself is simple, clean, and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kiparissia!

It's a good, inexpensive hotel with nice people and two lovely dogs. Just be ready for a long walk to the beach.

The rooms were spotless and really comfortable, and the owners were lovely. It's right in the heart of town, with coffee shops close by and the beach only a few minutes away. Super clean, amazing value for money.
