Hotel Natura Club & Spa

The spa being closed was a major letdown and shaped the rest of our visit. We'd booked this hotel because the spa was advertised as “open daily,” and an automatic message confirmed that shortly before we arrived. At check-in, though, we were told it was closed. With bad weather forecast, we'd planned to spend Sunday relaxing there. If we'd known, we would've made other plans. The hotel felt dated and lacked the warm welcome we'd expected. Staff didn't seem very approachable or helpful, and the pool, the only facility available to us, didn't look well maintained or inviting. In our room, the decor was poor and the towel heater was dirty. Dinner wasn't much better: mediocre food and awkward service that made it seem like the team wasn't used to hospitality. For a hotel advertised as four-star, the standards didn't match the price. The experience fell short of what was promised online, though more accurate information and better upkeep could have made our stay very different.

For a quiet, isolated holiday, this place would fit the bill. There isn't much nearby, so you'll need a car to get around, and food and drinks cost a little more than in the nearby towns. We had a lovely stay in the Peloponnese, our first time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were what you'd expect for this kind of hotel, and the views were fantastic. One small thing that would've been nice was having the tea and coffee restocked each day.

The poolside area made it easy to relax, with drinks and snacks during the day and dinner at sunset. Rooms are spacious, and every one has an unobstructed sea view, so mornings and afternoons feel special. I've stayed at Hotel Natura Club & Spa over the past few years, and it's always been relaxing. There's also spa service. It's a good base for exploring nearby: Elaia beach, where sea turtles nest in summer, is close by, while the ancient site of Olympia and Neda Waterfalls are a short drive away. A peaceful, comfortable place to stay.

Sunset from that beautiful infinity pool over the bright blue ocean was a highlight. A fabulous spot in the western Peloponese, with stunning views, great service and wonderful breakfasts.
