Astarte Villas - Kyveli Luxurious Private Villa

Really nice villa, with a lovely pool and terrace. There are four car parking spots inside. I'd definitely recommend it.

I was there for just one night. The Vila was okay, but walking around the pool made me nervous because the irrigation system sticks up too high. I kept bumping into it and tripping over it.

Finding Villa Bleu was a mess from the start. We were given the wrong coordinates and spent over an hour wandering around before we found the house. The place we arrived at hardly matched the online description. Wi-Fi only came after days of back and forth and searching. The equipment was broken, and the kitchen was barely usable. There were hardly any glasses or cookware for a house meant for six people. Many furnishings were damaged or in poor condition, and customer service either ignored important issues or took ages to answer. Communication felt unprofessional and unclear, and our legitimate complaints went nowhere. We came away feeling that Astarte Villas looked after guests only until they had been paid. Based on our experience, they didn't seem reliable or focused on customers. I'd stay away. There are plenty of reputable providers in Greece, but this one wasn't one of them for us.

The review is about Astarte, not the house. Agreed appointments weren't kept, and afterwards they claimed the customer hadn't been there. It felt like only what Astarte Villa wanted mattered, while the customer counted for nothing. If you had your own opinion, they'd threaten you straight away. Better book somewhere else if you want to enjoy your stay. In my experience, truth seems to mean nothing to them.
