Alexandra Beach Resort & Spa

We keep coming back, especially as a family. The hotel faces the Ionian Sea and has a private beach with good facilities and comforts. It’s also kid friendly and just a five-minute walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. The staff are really friendly and polite, and the facilities are great.

We loved seeing the traditional Greek dances under the stars, and the Family Band in the lobby was a lovely surprise. The beach is right at the doorstep, and the reception team were attentive throughout our stay. Meals felt welcoming thanks to Aggelos and his friendly waiters. There was a different spread every evening, with local specialties and themed international dishes, plus homemade desserts and regional sweets each day. The pool bar had the same easygoing feel, and our room was impeccably clean. What stayed with me most was how warm the staff seemed. At Alexandra Beach Resort, the smiles felt genuine, and the whole place gave us a comfortable mix of Greek character and resort comforts.

Lakis somehow seemed to know what we wanted before we asked. He was funny and had such a lovely smile. Aggelos was around all the time, working hard and still being attentive, courteous, and friendly. He seemed to remember everyone. Harry at reception was also wonderfully kind and always made an effort to welcome guests, while Sandra, the reservations manager, helped us quickly and went well beyond what we expected. The hotel was spotless, the staff professional and kind, and the food was excellent. The kitchen and dining area were organized extremely well. It really does feel like a place for people of all ages. I wholeheartedly recommend it, we felt incredibly well looked after. 😊

We went with SATUR travel agency Slovakia and had a quiet, relaxing holiday. The beach and sea were lovely and clean, with a gradual way into the water. Our modern room was clean, the hotel has beautiful views, and the staff throughout were kind and helpful. Food was excellent and varied, especially the confectionery, and we didn’t feel anything was missing.
