We came from 13th to 20th May 2026, when hardly anyone else was there, so it was lovely and we practically had the pool to ourselves. The location is perfect for shops and the beach. Food was okay, though for a small hotel there wasn’t much variety, and the drinks were okay too. I’m not a fussy eater. The one real downside was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in.

We left feeling uncomfortable and out of pocket. There were 14 of us, and after all the extra money we spent eating elsewhere, we’d rate the hotel about 3/10 at best. The adult pool was clean and pleasant, the cleaners worked hard, and the location is convenient, but I wouldn’t return or recommend it to anyone expecting a genuine all-inclusive stay. The food was poor, repetitive, and often left people feeling unwell. Several in our group spent days in their rooms with stomach problems, and some of us had to get Imodium and Gaviscon at the pharmacy. We ended up eating out most days, which defeated the point of all-inclusive. Ordering drinks was also awkward: staff repeatedly commented on how much we’d had or said we should limit ourselves, even to people who hardly drank. Some of us felt uncomfortable going to the bar at all. On arrival, some staff seemed unhappy to see us. We knew we were younger than most of the families and other guests, but paying customers shouldn’t be treated differently. The rooms were another letdown. Couples got two single beds pushed together, some air conditioning was faulty, there were water problems, and a few people had to change rooms. Water became very limited at certain times in several rooms. In mine, the sink only dripped, so I often had to use the shower to wash or brush my teeth. The mattresses and bedding didn’t feel clean, and with the air conditioning off, many rooms had a strong unpleasant smell. It’s a very quiet hotel, and should be clearer that it mainly suits families and older guests. After 10pm, it felt like you couldn’t sit outside and talk without being asked to keep the noise down. Even guests from nearby hotels complained.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for young people. It felt more like a place for pensioners, and the staff didn’t make us feel welcome, complaining about how many drinks we ordered. If they don’t want to make drinks, they should find a job where they just sit around. There were 14 of us and we paid around 10k for the holiday. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. My room was dirty, the shower had a hose but no head, and my air con didn’t work at all, so I had to ask for a different room. The food was horrendous, and we had to eat out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.

The nearby beach and shops are about the only good things here. The location isn’t bad, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were shocking. The bedding and towels were dirty, and neither the showers nor the air conditioning worked. Cleaners brought fresh towels each day, but they always smelled strange and were slightly yellow. Food was reused, several of us got severe salmonella, and we couldn’t find anything to eat, so it was fries all week or eating elsewhere. The cutlery was often dirty too. Staff were rude, giving us dirty looks and attitude.
