We spent ten days here in August 2023 with 12 people. There was plenty of space, and restaurants and supermarkets were nearby, but the price felt too high for what we got. The photos don’t really match the property. The pool bar didn’t have a fridge or anything like that, there were no cushions on the sunbeds or plants, and the backyard didn’t have the two tables shown. There was very little kitchen equipment. It feels as if everything was made to look good in photos and then not maintained that way. There were also many problems across the apartments. Around the pool, some of the wooden boards are broken and could trip someone, especially a child. In apartment 3, the shower swung between very hot and very cold, two bed slats were broken, the toilet brush was broken, and the bathroom had no lock. The front door stuck whenever we closed it, and at times we couldn’t open it. In apartment 4, the bed board was broken, the shower leaked and the cabin wouldn’t close, the toilet seat was loose, and the window screen was broken. In apartment 6, the kitchen tap leaked and only worked on warm, the AC leaked, the shower only had very hot water, and the inside handle of the front door could be pulled off. We reported the problems to the owner a day after arrival and were told they’d be fixed, but nobody came during our stay. We were also told the apartments would be cleaned every two days, but they were cleaned only twice. One visit was on our last day, when it wasn’t needed anymore. You have to be in the apartment for cleaning, but they don’t tell you when the cleaners are coming; if you’re out, they can’t get in because they don’t have keys to all the apartments. There’s also a nearby dog hotel that makes a lot of noise. Overall, it was simply too expensive for what we received.
