Comfortable, clean, welcoming, and with excellent facilities. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

A comfortable stay, with a clean room and friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

One thing I’d complain about was the travel company’s air-conditioning charge, not the hotel’s. It was an extra 15 Euros per day. That amount wouldn’t have changed my decision about taking it, but I still felt a bit deceived. The reception staff deserve 5 stars. The two ladies were extraordinary, professional, and focused on customers. Cleanliness also gets 5 stars, as the daily cleaning was very satisfactory. The room gets 3 stars. When we first arrived, there was no soap in the bathroom, so we had to go out and buy some. The pool was beautiful and would otherwise deserve 5 stars, but I’m giving it 4 because finding a sunbed after 9 AM was difficult. The location was very good, though I’d have rated it 5 if it were right by the beach, so 4 stars there. We didn’t have meals included. The offerings looked good and varied, but service gets 3 stars because when I asked for coffee at the bar one morning, the young lady told me to leave 3.5 Euros and help myself at the breakfast machine. I didn’t know how to use it and got an American coffee instead of espresso, but that was my fault :)

Parking is behind the hotel, but there’s a fixed traffic "cone" in the middle of the narrow street, so passing it slowly is always fun. Some customers are bad at parking, so think about others and leave enough space 🦉 The pool’s nice, with a kids’ corner, though of course it gets crowded. The in-water pool bar wasn’t open, which was a shame because the seats are nicely done. The regular pool bar was open. Food took a really long time, though it was good once it arrived. Maybe they do that to make you hungrier so it tastes better? 🤣 There’s a waterfall feature that changes from the "miniriver" to the poolside during the day, which is quite nice. Service could be hit or miss, sometimes very pleasant and sometimes not. Maybe it’s a language barrier or something. When we were leaving, we got a complimentary mini-turtle while our son was giggling loudly around the pool, so the staff clearly have a good heart and love kids. And if you’re here with kids, check out the pool-cleaning robot at night. It climbs the wall somehow using the lift effect, which seems magical and spooky to them 🤣

We were given room 201 with one queen-size bed. If you get that room, make sure the clogged bathroom pipes have been fixed. After every shower, the whole bathroom flooded, so you couldn’t leave and come back to brush your teeth or anything. Long showers sometimes made water leak into the other rooms. There were extra charges for air conditioning, breakfast, hand soap, and paper towels in the room. It felt really stingy, not cool. After this stay, I wouldn’t come back. Hopefully room 201 gets fixed and they stop penny-pinching before you book. If you’re Greek, I’d avoid this town. It’s too touristy and doesn’t feel like real Greece. Stay in one of the mountain villages instead. Maybe it’s okay if you’re travelling alone, but I brought my wife and we didn’t have a nice stay. Sorry, this is meant as constructive criticism, and I hope the next guests have a better time.
