The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and Getaway bar and Paradise bar are right next door. Our room was very clean, and the family who run the place are lovely.

The view out front is beautiful, especially with the new restaurant there. Everything else was incredible too, and the hosts are very friendly. It’s right in the centre.

We keep coming back to Plessas Studios, and we’re booked again for later this year. Denis and Angeliki are perfect hosts. The studios are comfortable, with good beds, a great shower and bathroom, and a small kitchen. They’re also close to Tsilivi’s main bars and restaurants.

The family at Plessas keep in touch with guests on social media all year, and after so many stays here it feels like a familiar place. Dennis and Angela are wonderful hosts. Although it’s self-catering, they usually put on at least one generous lunch for everyone, with their family’s home-cooked Greek food, fresh produce from their farm, and wine from their vineyard. They’ve also left us a bottle in the room a few times when it was being cleaned. Downstairs, Mick, an Englishman, runs Grace's bar, a nice little bar and cafe serving English pub food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He’ll often stay open later if people keep buying drinks. I’ve booked Santorini for next month to try somewhere different, and I’m already regretting it. See you next year!
