Mr Dimitri was cheerful, kind, and always willing to help. He even suggested a car rental at a good price. We had a pleasant, fairly spacious room with a nice balcony view. The AC worked well, and there was a little fridge with complimentary juice and water to cool us down when we arrived from the Airport. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our seven days here. Some other reviews we found untruthful said the rooms aren’t cleaned during a stay, but ours were.

Mr.Giatras and his wife are kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean, though not especially spacious. They don’t clean the room during your stay, and the Wi-Fi isn’t good. On foot, the route to and from the studios is quite hard, even though the center of the island isn’t far as the crow flies. Nightlife spots like Laganas are really far away. Without a car you’re stuck needing a taxi, if you can find one, since taxi service in zakynthos is horrendous. There are no buses anywhere near the area.

Dimitris is an amazing owner, attentive and helpful. The room, bedding, and towels were very clean, and the linen and towels were changed often. For a low price, we had a little house with a large room, kitchenette, and bathroom. It’s near a supermarket and one of the three most beautiful beaches, in my opinion, having been to almost all of Zakynthos. I’m very pleased with the stay and accommodation. My rating is 10/10.
