Villa Fabiana

We felt at home from the moment we arrived at Villa Fabiana, thanks to Leo’s warmth and the excellent care from housekeeper Miranda. Leo knows the area well and gave us useful tips for attractions, supermarkets and car rental, which helped us make the most of Zakynthos. He usually offers a cooked meal on arrival, but kindly understood our dietary and religious needs and instead made sure we had plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and bottled water. The air-conditioned villa was spotless and comfortable, with plenty to do indoors, including a PS4, TVs and speakers. Outside, we enjoyed the pool table, barbecue area, neat little garden, heated pool, comfortable sunbeds, hot tub and dining area where we could eat together. Leo’s generous hospitality made the stay feel warm and luxurious. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The housekeeper kept Villa Fabiana impeccably clean and maintained it every few days. Nearby, there are lovely tavernas and beautiful clear water for swimming, and the villa is beautifully furnished, fully equipped and even better than the already great website photos. The pool is lovely, with lots of spots around the villa to enjoy it. Leo was a wonderful host and pretty much our concierge for the week. He arranged a boat trip and a massage, and provided dinner on our first night. We had an incredible week. This was by far the best accommodation and hospitality we’ve experienced.

The pool and Jacuzzi were the icing on the cake, and the spacious open-plan living room and kitchen gave our group plenty of room to hang out together. The villa has a sleek, modern feel but still feels homely. Our rooms were spotless when we arrived, with loads of storage, plus a TV and AC in each. My friends and I loved staying here, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zante. The host picked us up from the airport, checked we were comfortable and even helped us sort out a car and quad bike rental, which was one less thing to worry about. I’ll definitely stay here again. Leonidas was so helpful, sorting out anything we needed or wanted really quickly. The villa was beautiful and in perfect condition, with everything we needed and a few extras like curling tongues. Bedding and towels were changed twice a week. The cleaner took care of the pool every day and cleaned the house twice a week. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would strongly recommend it.
