The breakfast was nice, with omelets and espresso available for an extra charge, and the rooms were spacious. Getting there was the hard part: the hotel is reached by a long drive on narrow, winding roads with poor lighting. We felt unsafe making that drive at night and told the staff, asking for that night's stay to be refunded. They declined under their cancellation policy and offered no other solution. The difficult road access wasn't made clear enough in the property description, so anyone uneasy with remote roads should know the hotel sticks to its policy even when the journey is tougher than expected.

I was told the hotel doesn't allow children under 13. I found that very disappointing, offensive, and discriminatory. It seems they're not suited to hospitality and should change their business to something else.

The breakfast was exceptional, served on a beautiful veranda with a glass roof, and the staff shared plenty of useful tips, especially Maria. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed. It's a short drive to several hiking trails and other points of interest, and the village center has all the taverns. We had an exceptional experience.

We only planned one night and ended up staying three. The hotel manager and staff were so welcoming and happy to help with questions or anything else we needed. The room was clean, cozy, and warm on the cold nights, and the view from every corner of the hotel is stunning. Breakfast was rich and delicious. We loved every moment at the hotel and in the area, and will definitely come back.

I loved having my morning coffee on our private balcony, breathing in the fresh mountain air. The cozy rooms are nicely decorated and have the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was amazing, especially the delicious traditional recipes. Anavasis hotel sits among beautiful mountain and valley views, a peaceful spot for nature lovers looking to relax, explore, or get away from the crowds in Tzoumerka.
