The sunsets and the view were the only things I really liked, which is why I’m giving this “villa” two stars. The place itself felt more like a camper van, with old, uncomfortable furniture. The bathroom was filthy and smelled of poop, even outside. We asked for beach towels and didn’t get any, which made no sense when there was also a pool. There were two noisy construction sites beside the so-called villa, too. I’m really disappointed with what we paid. It wasn’t a small amount, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a family holiday or anyone else looking for a nice break.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Elenia. The hosts were lovely, and the setting was clean and quiet, with beautiful sunsets. It was a handy base for the west coast’s beaches and scenery, and the town center was only about a 10-minute drive away.

Dimitri was very welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. The rooms are small but lovely, and the garden is very nice. We were there in August. It was a little pricey, and I could see room for improvement in the bathroom and kitchen, but I’d stay again. Best wishes from Zurich.

We’ll be back! It’s a family-run hotel with really caring people, and they do their best to meet every request. We liked having a cocktail by the pool in the evening. The price was fair, too.

The village has all the basics close by, including supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, and taverns, and the hotel is within easy reach of the center. It’s a good spot for exploring the island. Villa Elenia has kind hosts, comfortable rooms, an amazing view, and a pool that gave us a welcome break from everyday life, especially since the sea is a bit far away. The place feels calm and has everything you need for a holiday. I really recommend staying here in Lefkada.
