There’s a wide terrace overlooking the bay and sea, and the beach is only a few steps away. The rooms are modern, all have air conditioning, and there’s a large bathroom. Parking is available at the property. We got the keys around noon, and the host showed us everything. He was very friendly and even helped us with a flat tire for free. The accommodation met our expectations. You do need a car here, which we knew in advance. The access road is in poor shape, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Even so, this will definitely be our first choice next time we look for somewhere to stay on Zakynthos.

Dear Anna Maria, thank you so much! We loved staying here. It felt like a little paradise: peaceful and clean, with a private beach about a five-minute walk downhill. Agios Nikolaos Port, where the boats to the Blue Caves depart, was a 10-15 minute drive away. For us, it was one of the best places to stay in Greece.

We spent so many hours relaxing by the little beach just steps from Mikro Nisi Studios. It felt like a hidden gem, and having it so close made the stay wonderfully easy. The studios are cozy, charming, and well equipped, and the area is peaceful while still being handy for exploring nearby places. Our host was warm and helpful and made sure we had what we needed. A lovely beachside stay for the price.

We found the host kind and ready to help with any requests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with what you need, with a large terrace at each one, sunbeds, and an umbrella. The fittings may be a few years old and aren't state of the art, but everything was functional and well looked after. The property sits on a quiet hillside below the main road, close to the sea and a small, secluded public pebble beach that wasn't very crowded. There are four buildings, and the sea view is wider from some than others, though pleasant from all of them. The main building has a generous amount of space and easy access straight from the road, plus a fenced yard with a lockable gate and plenty of parking. The three lower buildings nearer the sea are reached by a public dirt road that's usable but not in great condition. They also have lockable gates and parking. At the lowest studio, the ramp and turning area are quite narrow, so getting in takes a bit of care and skill.
