Lenna's Villas

This is a private area with five very nice villas, a large shared swimming pool, and a lovely garden of olive trees. It’s very quiet and close to the sandy beaches in the southeast. Laganas is about 30 minutes away, while the rocky beaches and areas in the north take around 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach.

We booked through Airbnb and had a great time. Martha was our house mommy, and we adored her. I think she’s the nicest person I’ve ever met!

The customer service made an already stressful situation much worse. My friend and I asked to move our reservation to a later date because of unforeseen circumstances, and we contacted Lenna's Villa within 12 hours of booking. The staff refused to make any changes and stuck rigidly to the cancellation policy, despite how soon we reached out and what felt like a reasonable request. We booked through Booking, and they understood our situation and tried to negotiate with Lenna Villa's. We were told the response to the person helping us was incredibly rude. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, and it felt like getting money from customers mattered more than providing decent service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It was very disappointing, and I’d advise others to book somewhere with more understanding and flexible policies.

We went this year with our family, and the place looked nothing like the photos. There was dirt everywhere, spiders, broken toilet bowls and beds that creaked when you moved. Most concerning was the lack of security, as there wasn't any staff. Such a waste of money. The pictures look nice, but there was so much dirt.
