Villa Joanna is in a fantastic spot, with beautiful surroundings and everything close by. The owner was extremely friendly and ready to help, which made us feel welcome. A few things could be better: the room didn’t feel as fresh as we expected, the towels were quite old, and the shower and sink water were salty, which was inconvenient. The kitchen also lacked enough cookware and utensils for two people. With some improvements, this place could be amazing.

We spent nearly two weeks in the apartment and really enjoyed it. Room 6 has two balconies with an awesome view of both the sea and mountains. Dennis was very nice to us, and the cleaning lady came almost every day. The “Mais” cafe and the nearest supermarket are just a five-minute walk away, which made it easy to get by during the first few days. Some days we went for a run to Gerakas, and we also went there for a few sunsets. We had a great time.

Dennis was a fantastic host, really friendly and helpful. He arranged a rental car for us, and it was the best car rental experience ever. You can take a taxi to and from the airport, then Dennis takes care of the rest. We had a great time here. There’s a lovely garden around the hotel, with lots of amazing beaches and tavernas within walking distance.

A peaceful spot to recharge, with nice grounds and scenic views. The hosts were amazing, and there are several beaches within a half-hour walk, plus a shop, bakery, and a few tavernas close by. The fridge, air conditioning, and shower all worked well. I’d happily come back 😎😊

We had the best family holiday in Zakinthos, thanks to Joanna (Ioanna) and George. They were so polite and such lovely people with golden hearts. This was easily the best experience I’ve had. I’d absolutely recommend them, and I’ll visit again with my husband and kids!
