The views across the bay are fantastic, and the place is serene, comfortable, and modern. It’s a ten-minute walk down to the beach. There’s a lovely pool with a comfortable area around it, and Eirini is an obliging, capable host. We loved our time here and will be back.

We keep renting both the upstairs and downstairs villas for trips with our extended family, and that's why we return. Eirini and Manolis are warm, welcoming hosts who are available when needed without getting in your way. The villas are beautifully kept, with pools to enjoy, and the location makes it easy for younger and older family members alike to walk to the beach or into town for restaurants and clubs.

Eirini is a wonderful hostess and makes sure you have what you need for a memorable holiday. The villas offer luxury amenities and really attentive hospitality. It's a great spot for families with kids and for windsurfers. We'll definitely come back!

Our plans to come back this June with our grown children and grandchild fell through because of Covid 19, and we were sad to miss our Grecian holiday. We'd first found Calmwave Villas online from Ontario, Canada, and had stayed twice before, in 2010 and again in 2014 for our double 60th birthday celebrations. We've never regretted choosing it, and hope to return when travel is safe. The hillside setting in Ponti gives you privacy, your own pool, terrace, wood burning barbq and balconies. The villa has a bedroom on each floor, each with its own bathroom, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, generous indoor and outdoor living space, and a laundry room downstairs. You look out over Vasiliki Bay, and can watch windsurfers from the covered terrace, poolside or balconies. The town is an easy walk for shopping, meals out, sightseeing and water sports. Eirini and Manolis are helpful, attentive hosts. They look after the villa and pool daily while respecting your privacy, and greet you with thoughtful treats like local honey, fresh caught fish or wine. We always finished our stays with dinner together, and they go out of their way to handle special requests. We hope you and your family are safe and well, and that the villas continue to do well.

The place is spotless, and the owner is always ready to help with whatever you need. Calm Wave Villas gave me the most relaxing stays I've had, with a luxurious feel and a peaceful view. I don't think you've really visited Lefkada without coming here. Thanks for the hospitality, Irini. See you soon ❤️
