The balcony was large, with a nice view of the port, and there was plenty of parking in a pleasant yard with green grass. The room was fairly clean overall, and there were plates and cutlery, including forks and spoons, but no dish soap or sponge. The furniture and decor were old, and the bathroom was very small. The bed wobbled, the sheets were made from pieces, and there were two faucets in the bathroom, one for the sink and one for the shower. The utilities were poorly maintained: power sockets, light switches, and balcony doors were in bad shape, the shower head couldn't be hung up, and there was no mosquito net. There was no Wi-Fi in the room despite it being advertised, and no kettle or coffee machine.

The center of Vasiliki is a three-minute walk away, and a car rental place is just across the street if you need one. The apartments sit about 100 meters from Vasiliki beach, across two separate buildings with plenty of greenery. It’s quiet, clean, and the service is great. Cleaning happens every two days, and they’ll provide anything you need. There’s shaded parking under the trees for around 15 cars. I stayed two years ago, and Makis, the owner, is a great guy.

I loved my vacation here and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are always clean, the service is great, and the owner is such a sweetheart. I even looked forward to coming back from the beach to have a little chat with him. Villa Makis is a quiet spot close to everything, and I recommend it with all my heart!

We’ve stayed here four years in a row and will definitely come again next year. The owner is lovely, and the place is extremely clean. There’s also a yard where kids can play. The beach is 50 meters away, and the port and most of the important restaurants are 100 meters away.
