The location was quiet and convenient, but the owners’ conduct was extremely unprofessional. Our group of 18 stayed over the weekend of Monday, and we were treated disrespectfully and received very poor service. No one could sleep on the extra bunk beds. One woman had to sleep on a sofa at reception, and was even called “unreasonable” about it. After bathing, the people in a triple room were made by the owner to switch rooms. We were also asked to pay immediately on arrival for the first time, despite having paid a deposit and never agreeing to this beforehand, and were refused a receipt. This was among the worst behavior we’ve ever experienced at accommodation.

Not welcoming, and not especially clean. It didn’t feel like a place with anything to do with tourism. We were disappointed and got kicked out one by one. It’s sad businesses like this exist.

If you’re interested in archaeology, you’ll be in good hands here. The owners are friendly and very helpful, and the rooms are clean.
