Everything else was good, and the road to Vergina is definitely interesting. The room setup has some quirks: there are two fridges for everyone, but no utensils at all. There is a dining hall, though it’s being remodeled right now. Bathrooms vary by room too. Some have a regular shower, some a bathtub, and some have only a toilet and sink, with no shower.

The rooms were clean and the hosts great. Vergina may be a small village, but it has plenty of important sites, and this place is close to everything that matters.

The staff were great, and I loved the roomy, clean room. It has a bit of a travel-back-in-time feel, in a good way. For the price, it’s a very good base if you’re visiting the local museums, or just need a rest on your way somewhere else in Greece.

The room was clean and cosy, and the hot water was lovely. The owners made me feel very welcome and were accommodating throughout. I had a wonderful stay at Pension Vergina and would come back. The service was exceptional 😊

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the room was lovely and spotless. Being close to the city center and the Museum of Philip II of Macedonian was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
