The heating was broken, and it was 2°C outside. After three hours of failed attempts to fix it, the owner offered us a different room for the night, seeming completely apathetic the whole time. We had come for Greek Independence Day, but even before that, the owner hadn't told us in good time whether the room would be available for arrival on March 24 or 25. Then we found that the room with the fireplace we'd booked wasn't being offered because, the owner said, he hadn't even noticed our reservation. I’d give the place 0/5 if I could. The stay was disappointing, unpleasant, and a waste of money, made worse by the lack of professionalism. It's the worst facility I've ever stayed in. Don't pick it for a relaxing holiday.

A lovely setting out in nature, and they accept dogs too! Breakfast was simple but really nice, the atmosphere was lovely, and everyone was ready to help us. Would totally recommend it. Stayed on 30.09.2023.

The internet was really poor, but this still worked well for a weekend in Vitina. The lounge and breakfast area are great, and the staff were very polite. The design is lovely and minimal, maybe a little too minimal, but still quite good. A good option for families.

The breakfast wasn't anything special, and the price felt high without a good reason. It needs some renovation and a proper clean. I don't think I'd come back.
