Kores Boutique Hotel & Spa

I paid for an Executive Suite but was given a standard room at check-in. Even after I showed them photos and details from the listing, still visible in website screenshots, they wouldn't acknowledge the problem or offer the standard room rate. I had to get my credit card company involved. The desk service was terrible, denying and evading the issue while the evidence was right there. The gym is a treadmill tucked in a corner. In the bathroom, the shower curtain doesn't cover the tub, so water gets on the floor, and the hot and cold taps are connected backwards. There's no attention to detail or truth here.

The pool and spa were our favorite part. Our daughter loved the pool's warm water, and the three adults in our group had affordable, nice massages. The views are stunning too! My wife, our eight-year-old daughter, and I stayed for two nights. We booked the family suite months ahead online and got exactly the suite we reserved. It was clean, spacious, and slept all four of us comfortably. Breakfast each morning had yogurt, toast, eggs, bacon, filtered coffee, and more, with a good amount and variety. There's also a restaurant on site, and our daughter liked the 8 euro cheese pizza. It was filling.

We were a family of 4 with two boys, and all of us really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with traditional pies and fresh eggs, and there was something for every taste. The room was clean, the view incredible, and everyone was polite, welcoming, and helpful. There was plenty of easy parking, which I always look for in a hotel. One of the finest places I've stayed in the Zagorochoria region. We'll definitely come back in winter too.

The mountain views were breathtaking, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and accessible, with thoughtful amenities, making the stay comfortable for everyone, including guests with mobility needs.
