The only thing I liked was the stunning sea view from the bedroom terrace. The bedroom had a kitchenette with an electric stove and sink, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was two beds pushed together, with a wooden bar between them that could hurt you if you weren't careful. I'd wake up wondering whether I'd even slept. The shower was basically a hole in the floor, separated by a 5 cm edging. There was no curtain, so the bathroom flooded whenever I showered.

The view was beautiful, and the room was bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The shower had no enclosure or curtain, but the floor sloped well and the water drained away, so that was okay. The main thing that needs attention is the bed and mattress, followed by the bedspread. With proper, comfortable mattresses and no wires sticking out, it would be a joy. It's also conveniently located for some of Kefalonia's most beautiful routes.

The view is fantastic. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaner came each day to tidy up and make the beds. The person in charge answered our questions promptly and quickly found a solution when we needed one.
