SUPER!!!!

The outdoor areas are very nice, but the apartment we were given was awful. It had two bedrooms and a large entry area with a kitchen. Inside was a huge rock, apparently an artistic feature, and the whole place smelled strongly of sewage from the sink. When we arrived, it was 35°C indoors and the walls were scorching. There were three large areas but only two small, cheap air conditioners, one of which barely worked. We couldn’t cool the apartment. The rooms were full of mosquitoes, with no liquid or tablet repellent provided, and we didn’t sleep that night. The children’s room had a mosquito net, so at 3 a.m. we had to switch rooms with the kids. The interior doors were poor and the walls cracked. The children’s room wardrobe was missing panels. There was a TV in the entry area where nobody could sit to watch, and none in the bedrooms. None of the interior doors had keys, including the bathroom. The double bedroom’s door lock was stuck locked, but its latch was broken, so it wouldn’t stay closed. The pool outside our apartment had cloudy water, so I didn’t use it. Dinner was included, but it was unacceptable, with very little food and no taste. We ate sandwiches we’d brought from home. Their online photos show amazing apartments, but it seems they’ve posted pictures of some renovated units while others, like the one we got, are lousy.
