We had a wonderful 7 days at Tramonto villa, and the view through the panoramic windows is such a joy. It hasn’t changed in 100 years. My family of 5, including 2 kids under 10, found both the villa and Volimes just right for us: simple, clean, and friendly. Ida is lovely. She comes each day to service the villa and brings freshly baked bread and eggs early in the morning. The villa has what you need to take it easy, with a little pool, BBQ, and a place to read, chillax, and recharge. The fridges and cupboards are stocked too, so there’s no need to shop. Just note what you use and pay at the end. Very practical and simple.

The cleaning was very good, and the woman who cleaned was nice. The first floor also has a lovely space, a great pool, and a bar. But downstairs felt like a 1 star hotel, with 2 very small rooms, a cramped shower, and no closet to put clothes away properly. The ground floor bathroom doesn’t appear in the photos, which makes me question how transparent the owner is about the accommodation. Volimes is in the middle of nowhere, with everything a long way off. Breakfast wasn’t served, and the breakfast items they provided were extremely low quality. Better products would have cost extra. For what we paid, the place felt like a SCAM. I also wonder how the property got such high reviews, and suspect most are fake and written by the owner’s friends.

A lovely villa with a private pool. Groceries were provided, and it was cleaned daily.
