The breakfast options were a real highlight, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fully equipped. It's a beautiful, well-preserved building in an extremely central spot, right across from Volos's main port, where parking is available.

The reception staff made a difficult car rental situation much easier. They let us use the hotel phone and even spoke to the company for us, handling every request patiently and with a smile. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the breakfast had lots of delicious options. We had a wonderful stay in Volos, with beautiful views and a perfect location. The service, breakfast, and setting went beyond what we expected. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the bathroom worked well, and I liked the friendly staff, great location, and good breakfast. But we couldn't get fresh air in the room. Its only window faced a covered inner area, so the air conditioning was the only way to ventilate it.

Being so close to Volos's port, shops, restaurants, and center made it easy to get around. Aegli Palace feels modern, with stylish furnishings and roomy, well-equipped rooms. We also enjoyed the restaurant's mix of local and international food, and the staff were ready to help whenever needed. A comfortable, convenient choice for either a work trip or a holiday.

The room was compact but had enough space for a city break, and the little touches, including a selection of teas and cute toiletries, were lovely. From the balcony we could see the city and mountains, with a fabulous nighttime view of Makrinitsa. Even though the street below was busy, it stayed quiet inside. The hotel is right by the port, where guests can park for 10€ a day at the moment, and then explore Volos on foot. Breakfast was delicious. I can't say whether there were many vegan choices, but that wasn't a problem for me.
