We stayed four nights around Easter and paid 60 euro per night. The rooms are very clean, and the view isn't bad. A perfect view would mean a taller building or being on the beach, which would cost more. The whole hotel smells amazing. I did wish there were more space, and the bathroom is quite small, but not every building has a lot of room. Otherwise it was perfect for a couple. I loved that the hotel is pet friendly, so we could bring our French bulldog. He's quiet and didn't disturb anyone, something to bear in mind if you have a noisy pet. They may have bigger apartments or rooms on request, so I'd suggest asking about what you need before booking. They speak English and do find ways to accommodate you, which is a great plus. I recommend the hotel and the owner with all my heart.

The service is the best part, and the sea is only a short walk away. I’d choose this place for a summer stay. Prices are fair, about €60, though you get what you pay for. The room I had was very small, with barely any room for even a tiny table, plus a little balcony. I was also disappointed there wasn’t even a wall hook for my jacket.

The room looked nice at first, but the air conditioner kept making noise at night and I slept badly. Parking was another problem, since the road is so narrow that a second car can only get through with a lot of care. I complained about the AC and was told it would be fixed the next day, but nothing changed. The noise continued, and I didn't sleep properly for any of the three nights.

We stayed there at Christmas and had a very good experience. It was clean and in a lovely spot just outside Volos. We’d happily return, and are now considering a summer visit since it’s by the sea too.
