On arrival, after booking through a well-known platform two months earlier for October 25-28, we were told our reserved room wasn't available. We were offered a different room that had nothing to do with what we'd booked, so we refused it. The hostess asked us to cancel through the platform ourselves. We didn't, because that would have cost us our money as well as the three days. Luckily, since we booked through the platform, we didn't lose our payment. It seems they may have canceled an advance booking at the last minute because demand was high on peak days and they could charge more.

The shower curtain kept sticking to my back, which felt unhygienic, and the bathroom was cramped, especially the shower. There was also a bad smell the whole time. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The apartment was spotless, and we had a stay I'll remember. I'd definitely recommend it.
