The staff were kind and welcoming, but the value for the price felt off. Internet in the rooms was poor, which was a problem with 5G so weak, though that part clearly wasn't the hotel's fault. The hallways smelled of gasoline or some other strong chemical. The rooms felt dated, like stepping into the kitschy luxury of the 70s. Breakfast was poor quality too, the food had no taste.

The breakfast was generous and excellent quality, and the staff were very professional. We enjoyed our stay and would pick this hotel again if we come back to volos. The room was beautifully decorated, though it could use a little maintenance. It also had an amazing view. Thank you.

It's a clean, atmospheric hotel in a central yet quiet spot, with a great view. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and breakfast was very good. We didn't get a chance to try the spa, but I'd definitely recommend staying here in Pelion.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa room was very clean. It felt like a relaxing break from the everyday, with good prices and even better service. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. If you can afford a junior suite, it's worth considering for its indoor jacuzzi bath, which worked very nicely and felt soothing. The massage services were very good too.
