Our apartment had everything we could think of, including appliances, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, which was much appreciated with a family of four. It was spacious, modern, and gorgeously designed, and far exceeded what we expected. There was even a thoughtful continental breakfast supply waiting in the fridge when we arrived. Filippos sent all the details ahead of time, so check-in and check-out were smooth. He was friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable, available 24/7, and shared a QR code with recommendations for the best local places. He also let our family dog stay, and the electric scooters he had available were a huge hit with our children. Kokoon Apartments sits in the heart of Volos, within a couple of minutes' walk of local shops, the marina restaurants, the old town, and nightlife spots. Pilio is a short drive away too. Thanks, Filippo, for thinking of all the details that made our stay so good. We'll definitely return!

Phillipos made the stay especially easy, answering our questions about the apartment and what to see around Volos. The QR code he left with food suggestions was handy, and the pedestrian street with its bars and restaurants is only a few minutes away. The photos were accurate, too. We stayed for three nights over New Year's 2025 in this two-level apartment. It felt stylish but comfortable, and the central heating kept us warm. Upstairs, the bedroom has its own air conditioning and a very comfortable thick mattress on the double bed. The bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower with dependable hot water and high-end amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and Phillipos had filled the fridge with breakfast basics: butter, honey, marmalade, bread, and milk. Having a washer and provided laundry pods was a real help on a winter trip. Everything was spotless and modern. A great fit for couples or a small family wanting a comfortable, well-equipped place in central Volos.

Kokoon is such a cute, modern loft, and it was comfortable for us and our dog, too. It’s properly pet friendly. The place is fully equipped and easy to get into. Filippos was kind and available whenever needed, while still being gentle and discreet.
