Rousoum Gialos beach is a hidden gem, with three family-run restaurants and a small supermarket close by. The hotel is family-run and in a wonderful spot, just 10 metres from the beach. We were glad we chose a seaview room with a balcony. Ours was clean, well equipped, and well serviced. When my laptop cable stopped working, the hosts gladly lent me one for the week.

The staff were so friendly, they had us feeling like family before our stay was over. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the views of the Alonnisos coast from the window were what made each morning feel like waking up in paradise. Nostos rooms overlooks a lovely little beach, and the building itself is beautiful. Leaving was easily the hardest part, and it’s made me eager to return.

The room was clean and had an amazing balcony. It’s right by the beach, with a Greek tavern serving fresh fish, two Cafe, and a minimarket on the corner. The water pressure wasn’t very good.

A lovely welcome, and the accommodation feels authentically Greek while still being modern. The rooms are clean and have sockets by the bed, right on the seafront.
