Crystal Green Residences Voula

The apartment was clean and well kept, but the poor service means we won't book here again. We booked through airbnb thinking the whole property came with access to both pools and the gym. At check-in, we learned the outdoor pool was shared, and using the indoor pool and gym cost 40 euros per person for two hours. None of that was mentioned in the listing or in an email before we arrived. We also weren't told about additional fees until the last day, when they asked us to pay a government tax. We were disappointed.

This is a great place to stay if you've got a car. The apartment was chic and really nice, with a huge first bedroom and an extra bath. The Murphy bed was big enough for two large teenagers, and the third room had a double bed and its own bathroom. Three bathrooms total, including one in a hamam room. The pool looks out over the town and the water. The service was fantastic. At first everything was handled by text and phone. At checkout someone came to the appartment, I think it might have been dimitra, though I'm not certain. She was so friendly, and her priority was making sure we had a good time. Parking on the street was never a problem. It's minutes from the water and glyfada. We'd stay again.

Elena was especially great, and the service throughout was lovely. We had a really good stay and would recommend this apartment. We’ll probably come back.
