George kindly found us a small room. Most places seemed shut until June or August, so this worked out, and it cost about half what the harbor hotels did. There was no hot water in the mornings because it runs on solar, but George was a nice guy and was fixing things up.

There are beaches, tavernas, and markets close by, and the beach right across the way is especially nice. It's a good spot for a quiet holiday.

Mr. George, the manager, was quick and impeccable whenever we needed something. Our room had everything we needed, with a view from the stone boat toward the 3 mills of Vrontados. The older building is kept in very good shape, and the sea is right in front with easy access. Chora is only about a 10-minute drive away.

The rooms were clean, and the owner was friendly. It's right by the road and close to the beach. Fine for a one-night stay.
