Castella Beach

It's a lovely little hotel run by a family, with a beautiful terrace for lunch or dinner and direct access to the beach. The hospitality is great, and every time we stay we feel welcome, almost like we're coming home. Highly recommend it.

They won me over right away with their professional, polite welcome. Everything was clean, and the space felt safe for children. The one concern I had was beach access for people using mobility vehicles, since I couldn't see a way for them to get down to the beach. Beyond that, the beach is great, with comfortable chairs and warm water. It's included in the room price. Visitors can also use it for a fee, and I think the price is fair. I ate at the hotel restaurant on two nights and was very happy with both the fish and meat, and with the care put into the dishes. The waiter tells you what's fresh and available, and there are traditional Greek dishes too. The service was excellent, really excellent. Everyone was smiling and ready to help without crowding us. Panayotis looked after all the customers with a warm smile and a high level of professionalism. I'd wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel. My tip is to book breakfast too, because there's so much to choose from. It would take three more paragraphs to describe how well prepared it was. I'd gladly return anytime.

The owners are so friendly, and you can get here by public transit. The beach is beautiful, and there's a very cute dog around too. It was such a peaceful, wonderful stay, really quiet and serene.

The beach is right outside the property, and we had a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The staff were friendly and knew their jobs. We also got a very warm welcome, and our room was both clean and spacious.
