UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. I booked over the phone, explaining that Kardamyli was the first stop on a multi-day tour of the Peloponnese. As requested, I immediately emailed to ask for the bank details so I could send the deposit. Two days passed without a reply, so I called. I was told there had been a mistake: the woman had checked June instead of July, though I had seen that dates were available. By then, I had booked and paid for the rest of my destinations based on my reservation in Kardamyli. When I asked why nobody had told me, she said she didn’t have my phone number. I asked why she hadn’t emailed, and she replied, “What should I tell you?” It seemed clear she didn’t want anything in writing. She then told me she had closed it to another party for a month.

We had a brilliant stay in May, and communication was easy, clear, accommodating and friendly. We had quite a few errands in the area, so we booked in and out several times that month without any mix-ups. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay. 🙏🏽

The owners took care of every little detail, and the house felt like home. It’s a lovely place to stay in beautiful Kardamyli. Many thanks for such a lovely visit!
