The maisonette was an easy fit for a family of four, with clean, modern rooms, full equipment, and parking beside the house. The location is handy for the beach, a pharmacy, fast food, and a pizzeria. There isn't a nice view, though, and the city centre is almost 30 minutes away. The road to Kalamata is perfectly fine. A great place for a holiday in Kalamata.

The beach is only 50m away, with amenities, a super market and a pharmacy nearby. The maisonettes are new, spacious, very clean, and fitted with the latest equipment. We had a lovely stay, thanks! Ioannis

We had a great experience. The apartments are comfortable, renovated, and equipped with everything needed, about 10min from Kalamata. The owners were helpful and flexible, and the prices were great.

Google, please stop asking me to review a place I haven't visited, then claiming I went there while I was asleep. I don't sleepwalk. I live next to it, just downstairs from my home, and it's only two metres away. As I've said, I haven't been there and won't go. My home is opposite.

The holiday homes are very nice, quiet, and about 10 m from the beach, with restaurants nearby. The drawback is that they're not very close to the city of kalamata, and you'll need a car to get to the mini market.
