The windows were covered in spiders, and the cupboards had a carpet-like smell. The water pump was really loud. If someone turned on the tap in the house above, it sounded like a waterfall. The air conditioner was so dirty that I worried turning it on could cause serious respiratory problems.

The house has all the equipment you need and plenty of space, with modern comforts alongside the area's traditional architecture. It's a lovely place for a family or a couple wanting a comfortable holiday without missing anything, and it would work well in winter too.

A lovely place and a handy base for seeing the region. Just a little hard to find.
