I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed both visits. The buffet breakfast was really good, and the room had plenty of space. The receptionists were welcoming and fun to chat with. There’s a grand piano in the hall, too, so if you play, you might make someone smile! The hotel is a bit outside Xanthi’s centre, which leaves restaurants somewhat far away. I also think a five star hotel should include at least one free bottle of water each day. If you take one from the fridge, you have to pay, which seems absurd to me. Even so, I recommend it for the outdoor pool and for Xanthi itself.

I’ve been coming back to my birth town over the years to see family and friends, and I stay at this hotel each time. After 48 years of professional life and more than 3 and half years spent in hotels, I count it among the best I’ve stayed in around the world. I always leave relaxed and satisfied.

The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are both professional and friendly. The hotel is spacious and very quiet when there isn’t a conference. My one complaint is that the TVs don’t let you stream Netflix.

The location is quiet and relaxing while still close to the city center. Breakfast had a great selection and tasted delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. A wonderful stay at Z Palace, highly recommended for a visit to the area.

This is a decent, standard business hotel for basic needs, such as having somewhere comfortable to stay while attending a conference. I wouldn’t choose it for tourism. The hotel is about 2 km from the city center, so you’ll need a taxi. The pillows were very thin, and I had to find another way to sleep comfortably. Motorcycle parking in the gated area costs an extra 7 euros, which I didn’t understand at first. At checkout, you have to find and press the parking gate button yourself. Apparently that’s your job since you paid extra for it! 😄
