Ms. Olga, the very friendly hostess, made everything much easier with her impeccable service and communication. The place is carefully and very modernly decorated, and has public parking in the wider neighborhood. Once you park, you can leave the car there, since the house is a five-minute walk from the central square. It has hotel-like amenities: a breakfast basket with jams, butter, honey, toast, croissants, and more; air conditioning in every room; towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap; home cinema; a toaster; and a coffee maker with different kinds of coffee. Nobody should be left complaining. Smoking is allowed, and there’s just one neighbor, who isn’t bothered by noise. (Carnival three days)

The hostess was great in both her manner and communication, and the house felt warm and welcoming. It has two air conditioners and a radiator for warmth, plus everything from personal items like towels to a home cinema. The space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. It's in the center, at the back of the house, with public parking.

We didn't need a car to get anywhere in Xanthi thanks to the apartment's ideal location. It was spotlessly clean, and the hostess was kind, friendly, impeccable, and available for anything we needed. Excellent apartment, highly recommend.

We left with the best impression! The place was clean and neat, in a very good location, and had unexpected extras: breakfast with jams, butter, and toast, plus individual tsipouraki. Mrs. Olga was very kind, hospitable, and discreet.
